- Two courses every month
- Starting every 1st Monday and 3rd Monday.
- Lancers to report on Sunday evening.
20 Days Lancership
- Observing freelancing surgeries while being a part of it
- Total 45+ Laparoscopy cases*
- Extensive didactic teaching and guidance
- Full time access to Endo-trainers with tissue handling & endo-suturing
- Fees INR 1,50,000 / USD 3000 only
- Accommodation and inter hospital travel included

- Every month starting 1st Monday of each month.
- Lancers to report on Sunday evening.
3 Months Lancership
- Presently for foreign Nationals only
- Fees @ USD 7000 including accommodation
- Will be positioned at one of our associated hospitals
- First assistant in most of the laparoscopy cases
- Hands on once you are well verse with the lancers technique of laparoscopy
- Full time access to Endotrainers with real tissue handling and endo-suturing

- Paid Lancership best suited for fresher’s
- Stipend @ 70,000/- including semi-furnished accommodation
- To work as an independent full time gynaecologist at hospital
- First assistant in all gynae and general surgery laparoscopy
- Hands on once you are well verse with the lancers technique of laparoscopy
- Independent laparoscopic surgery once you are confident
- Full time access to Endo-trainers with tissue handling & endo-suturing
2 year fellowship [Lancership]
- Paid Lancership best suited for fresher’s
- Stipend @ 70,000/- in the first year followed by 1,20,000 in the second year
- Includes semi-furnished accommodation
- To work as an independent fulltime gynaecologist at hospital
- First assistant in all gynae and general surgery laparoscopy
- Hands on once you are well verse with the lancers technique of laparoscopy
- Independent laparoscopic surgery once you are confident
- Full time access to Endo-trainers with tissue handling & endo-suturing
Learn at your own centre Lancership
- A practicing surgeon or a gynaecologist just cannot leave his/her practice to add-on skills
- We the Laparoscopy Lancers do understand your constraint
- We shall teach you real hands-on on your own patients
- One day programme @ 2,00,000/- (Up to 5 Cases)
- TLH, Lap Inguinal Hernia, Lap Myomectomy to be preferred for hands on
